How to Register on Permitra: Your Account and Identity Check

What this guide covers

Opening a Permitra account take two short steps: create the account (one minute) and verify your identity (about five minutes). This guide go show you the flow inside the portal at app.permitra.io and explain why each step dey there. Registration be free. We no go charge you anything until you sign a Service Order and choose to pay the advance.

Before you start

Have these things ready so the verification go take only few minutes:

• Your passport or national ID card and phone with camera — for the ID photo and a selfie.
• Your tax or personal ID number and your billing address.
• If you dey register a company or a sole proprietorship: the trading name, the legal name, the registration number, a billing e-mail, and the company licence or certificate of incorporation as a JPG, PNG or PDF (up to 10 MB).

Step 1 — Create your account

Go to app.permitra.io/signup and enter your first name, last name, e-mail address and a password wey be at least 8 characters. If partner or freelancer refer you, put their code for Referral code — an invite link fit fill am for you automatically. Accept the Terms of service and the Privacy policy and tap Create account.

You go sign in and land for your dashboard straight; a welcome e-mail go follow. No separate confirmation link dey wey you go wait for.

Why it matters: The e-mail you use here be where contracts, invoices and every status update go go, so use address wey the person wey go sign actually dey read.

Step 2 — Open Verification

You fit look around, check destinations and services, and prepare your first order right away. To sign a contract, pay or add candidates, you ghet to verify the account once. Step 3 — Enter your details

Tap Enter your details and choose the account type:

• Individual — you dey act in your own name.
• Legal entity — a company. Add the trading name, legal name, registration number, billing e-mail and upload the company licence or certificate of incorporation.
• Sole proprietor — the same company details as a legal entity.

Then enter your name exactly as e dey show for your passport, your country of residence, your tax or personal ID number and your billing address, and tap Submit for verification.

Why it matters: These details go pre-fill every contract, agreement and Service Order you sign later, so signing go take seconds. We go check the name against your document for the next step — different spelling here be the main reason why check dey need second look.

Step 4 — Photo of your ID and a selfie

Tap Start ID check. Didit go run the check: you go photograph your passport or ID card and take a selfie, then e go bring you back to Permitra when e finish. On a computer, you fit scan a QR code and continue for your phone — phone camera usually dey give sharper photo.

When Didit approve the check, your account go be verified automatically — no waiting for human being. If you finish on another device, tap I've completed it — check status.

If the check no go through, the screen go tell you and you fit try again. Usually e be photo problem: glare, a cropped edge, or document wey expire.

Why it matters: We use your photos only to confirm say na you. Your date of birth, nationality and passport number, we go take am from the verified document instead of typing am, and then we go lock am for your profile so e stay accurate for every contract. Step 5 — The service agreement comes with your first order

The Master Services Agreement (MSA) be the framework contract between you and Massive Dynamic Limited, the people wey dey run Permitra. You no need sign am before you start: e go show together with the Service Order inside your first order, and you go sign am once for all the orders wey follow.

Contracts dey in English, and the English text be the one wey be binding. Documenso dey handle signatures; every signed document get audit trail of who sign and when. Once you sign, Massive Dynamic Limited go countersign, and the final contract go dey under Documents → Signed.

After you register

• More → Personal details get your profile: how we reach you, your company details for invoices and your billing address. Fields wey we take from your verified ID go show lock icon.
• More → Sign-in and security — add a passkey so you fit sign in with your device fingerprint or face instead of password.
• More → WhatsApp — link your number so you get status updates there and also by e-mail.
• More → Your status dey show you one time if your identity be verified and if you sign your MSA.

Account wey we never verify fit hold only one unpaid order at a time. Once e verify, you fit run as many orders as you need at the same time.

Troubleshooting

"An account with this email already exists." You — or your colleague — don register with that address before. Sign in instead, or use Forgot your password? for the sign-in page.

My ID check was declined. Take the photos again for good light, make sure all four corners of the document dey inside the frame, and check say the document no expire. The reason, if one dey, go show for the top of the Verification screen.

I chose the wrong account type. Contact your manager before you sign your first order — the account type and company details dey print into your contracts.

How do I know a message really comes from Permitra? We no go ever ask for passwords or payment outside the portal. Check any phone number, e-mail address, invoice or contract at app.permitra.io/verify.
