Who operates Permitra?
Permitra is operated by Massive Dynamic Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry under number 78076051. Is Permitra a law firm or a licensed immigration adviser?
No. Permitra is a coordination and document-workflow platform. Substantive legal work is performed by locally licensed providers in each destination country. Permitra does not give legal advice, does not represent applicants before authorities, and is neither a government body nor an employer.
How does the Permitra process work, step by step?
An agency or employer is onboarded under a Master Services Agreement. An order is created in the portal. Documents are collected and checked against the destination country's requirements. The file is submitted by a locally licensed provider. Milestones and status are tracked in the portal, and fees are invoiced against those milestones.
Which countries does Permitra cover?
Permitra currently coordinates permits in 15 countries: Bulgaria, Belarus, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine. Coverage changes as routes open and close; /countries lists every published route side by side.
How are payments handled?
Fees are invoiced from the portal in stages tied to documented procedural milestones, against a signed agreement and a case number. Permitra does not hold client funds in trust or in segregated accounts and does not provide escrow. Invoices are settled by bank transfer, USDT or BTC.
What does Permitra not do?
Permitra does not guarantee that a permit or visa will be approved — those decisions rest solely with government authorities. It does not sell job offers, does not employ candidates, does not act as a government portal, and never asks for payment outside a signed agreement and a portal invoice.
