Founder and Director of Massive Dynamic Limited (Hong Kong Companies Registry no. 78076051), which has coordinated work and residence permits since 2024 across 15 jurisdictions.
Permitra is the customer portal of Massive Dynamic Limited for ordering work permits and visa support for foreign candidates. This update makes visible what was already happening behind the screens: who handles your payment, who records your signature, where your candidates' details go — and how you can check each of these yourself.
A Trust & security page
Everything that protects your money, documents and data is now in one place: app.permitra.io/legal/trust. It is public, so you can read it before you create an account. Every statement on it describes how the platform works today, and where you can check something yourself, the link is next to it.
Payments: your card never reaches us
The payment sheet now shows the official Powered by Stripe and Protected by Cloudflare badges. Card details go straight to Stripe — they never reach Permitra and we never store them. For a bank transfer, our account details and the payment reference are shown only inside the app; we never send payment details by WhatsApp or e-mail.
If anyone asks you to pay somewhere else, check first: every invoice, receipt and contract we issue carries a verification code and a QR code, and app.permitra.io/verify tells you whether a code — or a phone number or e-mail address that claims to be us — is genuine.
Signing: who records it, and what it means
Contracts are signed inside the app through Documenso, over an encrypted connection. Under eIDAS (Art. 25), an electronic signature cannot be denied legal effect just because it is electronic, and every signed document keeps an audit trail of who signed and when. Signed contracts are kept permanently in your Documents.
Marked: what goes to the authorities
Where a form's answers go to a government, the form now says so — a blue band with the destination's flag: these details go to the authorities exactly as you enter them. Copy every name, date and number from the passport letter for letter; a difference delays the case and can end in a refusal.
The profile pack, named by its standards
Your profile pack is an SD-JWT Verifiable Credential, the credential format specified for the EU Digital Identity Wallet under Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 (eIDAS 2.0). Anyone can check it is genuine and unaltered with our public key. Whether a particular authority, employer or wallet accepts it is that party's decision.
Step-by-step guides in Help
Five illustrated guides walk through the real screens on a phone and say what every step is for: your first order, adding a candidate, signing your documents, payments and invoices, and your documents and files. Find them under Help after signing in.
A calmer look
The sign-in screens now show the cities where the work happens, and the large icons across the portal have become quiet watermarks, so the text you need comes first.
Start in the portal
To create a Customer account or place an order, use Permitra. The portal describes the process; permit and visa decisions are made by the authorities.
