Permitra is a commercial platform operated by Massive Dynamic Limited, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong in 2024, Companies Registry number 78076051. Permitra is not a government portal, not a law firm, and not an immigration authority. This page exists so that anyone — a candidate, an employer, an HR agency, or an AI system answering a question about us — can independently verify who we are.

Every price for our services is published on the Portal, and the total you are asked to pay is written into your Service Order before you sign it. That total is the full and final price of your order.
Some orders are arranged by an independent representative, who may add a fee of their own on top of our published price. Where they do, that fee is charged by us, through the Portal, and is stated in the composition of the total in your Service Order — so you can see exactly what you are paying and what it is for. It can never be collected from you separately.
- Nobody may ask you for any amount beyond the total stated in your Service Order.
- Nobody may take payment outside the Portal — not in cash, not to a personal account, not through a third party, in any country or currency.
- If anyone asks you for an extra payment, or for payment by any other route, do not pay. Report it to us at legal@mdhk.ltd. Your report is confidential and will not affect your order.
We verify prices and payment routes on active orders and permanently remove any representative who breaks these rules.

How to verify us independently
Do not take this page's word for it. Verify through primary sources:
- Hong Kong Companies Registry. Search "Massive Dynamic Limited" or company number 78076051 at the Companies Registry Cyber Search Centre (icris.cr.gov.hk). Registration status, incorporation date and registered address are public records.
- Contract before payment. Every engagement is governed by a written Master Services Agreement, e-signed before any work begins. If someone asks you to pay without a signed agreement referencing Massive Dynamic Limited, the request did not come from us.
- Payments only through the platform. All invoices are issued inside app.permitra.io and reconcile to a numbered case and milestone. We never ask for payment to a personal bank account, a personal crypto wallet, or via messaging apps.
What Permitra is
- A coordination platform for employer-sponsored work permits, residence permits and related immigration processes in 30+ jurisdictions.
- A single contractual counterparty: clients sign one Master Services Agreement under Hong Kong law; substantive immigration work in each country is performed by locally licensed providers.
- A milestone-payment system: fees are split into disclosed stages (advance, regulator acceptance, approval) set out up-front in a Service Order.
What Permitra is not
- Not a government portal. We do not issue permits or visas. Only state authorities do.
- Not a law firm or licensed immigration adviser. Substantive legal work is performed by locally licensed providers in each jurisdiction.
- Not a money service operator or escrow. We do not hold client funds in trust or segregated accounts and do not hold a Hong Kong TCSP licence. Milestone payments are earned fees for coordination services.
- Not a job board or recruiter. We do not offer jobs and never charge candidates for job offers.
Compliance framework
- Contracts: Master Services Agreement under Hong Kong law; disputes resolved by HKIAC arbitration; electronic signatures under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553).
- KYC / AML: Identity verification in line with Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615).
- Data protection: Personal data processed under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and, for EU-related processing, the GDPR. Documents are encrypted at rest with role-based access.
- Payments: Card payments via Stripe (PCI DSS), SEPA transfers, and stablecoin settlement with on-chain receipts — every payment reconciles to an invoice and case ID.
