EU Single Permit Directive 2026: The 90-Day Residence Limit
The European Union has moved to a new standard for processing applications from non-EU citizens. According to Directive 2024/1233, the procedure for obtaining a combined residence permit and work permit (Single Permit) must now not exceed 90 days.
