Coordination fees are billed in stages tied to verifiable procedural milestones, under a Master Services Agreement governed by Hong Kong law. The stage count and percentages are defined per engagement, because destination jurisdictions differ in what must be paid for and when.
This page describes a payment process: Permitra does not guarantee that an application will be approved.
The staged model
- Advance payment (30–50%) — covers onboarding, file opening and first-stage document submission. The exact percentage depends on the destination jurisdiction.
- Intermediate milestone — invoiced after documented confirmation of the relevant labour-authority step, for example a work invitation or voivodeship approval.
- Final balance, where applicable — some engagements carry a closing fee invoiced after the permit or visa has been issued.
Specific payment terms — number of stages and exact percentages — are set out in the individual Service Agreement for the chosen country.
Payment methods
Invoices can be paid by card through Stripe, by bank transfer, or in cryptocurrency through Performa (performa.finance) for cross-border transfers. Every payment is invoiced from the portal against a signed agreement and a case number. Always open the payment page from the invoice inside app.permitra.io — never pay to a link, account or wallet address sent to you in a chat.
What this structure is not
Permitra is not a money service operator and does not provide escrow. Client funds are not held in trust or in segregated accounts; milestone payments are earned fees for coordination work already performed. Paying in stages reduces exposure to a single upfront transfer — it is not an assurance about the outcome of an application, which only the relevant government authority decides.
