- D/AM1 Visa: Dedicated to highly qualified workers and special categories. These are exempt from standard quotas.
- D/AM2 Visa: The new standard for permanent, seasonal, and cross-border workers.

Mandatory Digital Registration: Employers who have not registered on the new digital platform by August 8 cannot initiate new recruitment processes for non-EU nationals.

Bilingual Contracts: Under the new rollout, all employment contracts for foreign workers must be issued in a bilingual format to ensure clarity and legal protection for the employee.
