Major Fee Increase for Polish Work Permits

The Polish government has officially increased state fees for work permit applications. This change affects all third-country nationals, including applicants from South Asia and Africa.

New Fee Structure:

  • Standard Work Permit (>3 months): Increased from 100 PLN to 400 PLN.
  • Short-term Permit (<3 months): Increased from 50 PLN to 200 PLN.
  • Delegated Workers: Increased to 800 PLN.

What this means for you:

All new applications submitted through Massive Dynamic Limited will now include these updated government charges. We recommend the faster digital submission route to avoid further processing delays.
