The traditional visa routes for Pakistani nationals seeking entry into the Republic of Serbia have officially shifted. Following the suspension of processing in Islamabad and Tehran, a new jurisdictional structure is in place.
1. Closure of Islamabad & Tehran Routes
As of July 2026, the Serbian Consulate in Islamabad is NOT accepting new visa applications. Previous fallback options via Tehran are also closed. Jurisdiction has officially shifted to the Serbian Embassy in Beijing, China.
2. Permitra Coordination: The Beijing Exception
Through high-level corporate relations, Permitra has secured a protected exception for our clients.
- The Agreement: Permitra is authorized to coordinate Pakistani visa processing specifically via the Beijing Consulate.
- Group Mandate: This VIP track is strictly reserved for Groups of 10+ People. Individual applications are not supported under this exception.
3. Strict Compliance Requirements
To utilize this exclusive corridor, all applicants must meet the 2026 compliance standards:
- MOFA Attested PCC: Police Character Certificates must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan.
- Financial Liquidity: A closing balance of €5,000 (approx. 1,500,000 PKR) is recommended for approval.
