By Aleksander Pankow, Founder and Director· Published

Founder and Director of Massive Dynamic Limited (Hong Kong Companies Registry no. 78076051), which has coordinated work and residence permits since 2024 across 15 jurisdictions.

Permitra is the customer portal of Massive Dynamic Limited for ordering work permits and visa support for foreign candidates. This guide walks through the Customer account from registration to a submitted order: where each section lives, what it does, and how to download demand letters for the vacancies you want to hire against.

Who this guide is for

The Customer role is for companies, recruiters and agencies that place candidates and pay per order. If you are a candidate applying for your own permit, the same steps apply — you register as a Customer and add yourself as the candidate. Partners (who bring in clients) and Freelancers (who earn commissions) have separate roles that are not covered here.

1. Choose the Customer role

Open app.permitra.io/signup. The first screen asks which kind of account you want. Select Customer — "Create orders for work permits & visas, add candidates and track every stage, pay per order — no subscription".

2. Create the account

The registration form asks for first name, last name, email, a password of at least 8 characters, and an optional referral code. Accept the terms and press Create account. If you already have an account, use Already a member? Sign in at the bottom of the form.

3. Sign in

Sign in at app.permitra.io/login with your email and password. The login page also offers Sign in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key) once you have added one in Settings, and a Forgot your password? link.

4. The dashboard

After signing in you land on the dashboard at /dashboard. The top card offers the three most common actions: Ask your representative (opens a chat with your account manager), New order and View all orders. Below it you see the currently open quotas — limited-time offers on specific countries — and a "Your representative" card with a Message button.

5. Countries & Programs

Open Catalogue → Countries & Programs (/dashboard/countries). Each card shows the country, how many services and published vacancies it has, and a "Recommended" badge where applicable. Countries marked After visa have a payment stage that is due only after the visa is issued.

Click a country to open its page. From top to bottom you will find:

  • Download all demand letters — one file with the demand letters of every published vacancy in that country.
  • Open quota for this country — if a quota exists, its full terms and a Take this quota button.
  • Services & pricing — each service with processing time, permit validity, the advance and second payment, and the volume pricing table (the per-candidate price falls as the batch grows).
  • For permit approval — the documents we need from you to start (for most permits: passport and CV).
  • What you receive — anonymised photos of finished documents so you know the format.
  • Vacancies — every published position in that country with salary, headcount, Preview and Download demand letter.

6. Vacancies

Catalogue → Vacancies (/dashboard/vacancies) lists every published position across all countries with salary and headcount. Details opens a side panel with hours per day, age range, accommodation, meals, a description of the role and the requirements. Letter downloads the demand letter for that position; All vacancies (PDF) at the top exports the whole list.

7. How to download a demand letter

A demand letter is the employer's formal request for workers for a specific vacancy. You can download it in three places:

  1. Vacancies page — press Letter next to the position, or open Details and press Demand letter in the panel.
  2. Country page — press Download demand letter under any vacancy in the Vacancies section.
  3. Country page → Download all demand letters — one download with the letters for every published vacancy in that country.

The letter opens in a new browser tab as a PDF; save it from there.

8. Create an order

Start from New order on the dashboard, Sales → My Orders → New order, or go directly to /dashboard/orders/create. The order is built in four steps; the progress bar at the top shows where you are.

Step 1 — Country

Choose the destination country. Only countries with an active service are listed.

Step 1: choose the country
Step 1: choose the country

Step 2 — Service

Choose the service for that country. If an open quota exists, a note shows its per-candidate price and how long it stays open, with a link to the full terms.

Step 2: choose the service
Step 2: choose the service

Step 3 — Candidates

Set how many candidates the order covers with the − / + control. The right-hand panel recalculates the per-candidate price, the total, the advance and the second payment as you change the number. The Volume pricing table shows the next tier, and a Volume discount hint tells you how many more candidates unlock it. You can also Join the queue for the service to save an extra amount per candidate once the queue fills (see section 9).

Candidate details are not entered here — they are added after the contract is signed and the advance is paid.

Step 3: number of candidates and live pricing

Step 4 — Review & submit

Check the destination, service, number of candidates, per-candidate price, total and timeline. Optional add-ons (for example an embassy appointment, priority processing or a translation bundle) can be ticked here; they are billed separately once the order is created. Press Submit & continue to checkout.

Step 4: review and submit
Step 4: review and submit

What happens after submitting

  1. You sign the service contract electronically.
  2. The advance invoice appears under Billing; the order starts once it is paid.
  3. You add candidate profiles (up to the number in the order) under Sales → My Applicants or from the order page.
  4. Each order page shows the current stage and lets you message your representative.

9. Open quotas and the discount queue

Open Quotas (/dashboard/quotas) lists limited-time terms on specific countries — a lower price, a smaller advance or a deferred payment stage. A quota is open while it lasts; Take this quota turns it into an ordinary order with the quoted terms.

Discount Queue (/dashboard/queue) works differently: you join a queue for a service and save a fixed amount per candidate; when the queue reaches its target size, a second discount stage is unlocked automatically for everyone in it.

10. Candidates

Sales → My Applicants (/dashboard/candidates) is your roster. Each card shows the candidate's profession, destination country and experience; Open shows the full profile and documents. New candidate (/dashboard/candidates/new) adds a person.

11. Billing, documents and notifications

  • Billing (/dashboard/billing) — every invoice with its stage (advance, second payment, add-on), status (paid, sent, overdue) and due date, plus totals for paid and outstanding amounts.
  • My Documents (/dashboard/files) — signed contracts, invoice PDFs and candidate documents in one list, filterable by type.
  • Notifications (/dashboard/notifications) — everything the platform has sent you (new quotas, stage changes, invoices), read or unread.

12. Settings

Settings (/dashboard/settings) holds your profile and company details, billing address, identity (KYC) data that pre-fills service orders, password change, passkeys for password-less sign-in, and account deletion. Sections marked Verified — locked have been checked by our team and can be changed only through your representative.

13. Help & FAQ

Resources → Help & FAQ (/dashboard/help) is the knowledge base: document lists per country, what you receive, and legal updates. Filter by country using the flags at the top. If your question is not there, message your representative from any order page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a subscription? No. Customer accounts are free; you pay per order.

When do I add candidate details? After the order is submitted, the contract is signed and the advance is paid. Step 3 of the order only asks for the number of candidates.

Can I download a demand letter before placing an order? Yes. Demand letters are available for every published vacancy from the Vacancies page and from each country page, without an order.

What is the difference between a quota and the discount queue? A quota is a ready offer with fixed terms that you take as it is. The queue is a volume mechanism: you join, save a fixed amount per candidate immediately, and a second discount is unlocked when the queue fills.

Where do I see what I owe? Under Billing: each invoice shows its stage, status and due date; the header shows paid and outstanding totals.

How do I contact my account manager? From the dashboard card "Your representative", or the message button on any order page.
